Relaunch of a landmark property
The floor plan of the striking structure is modelled on the shape of the human eye, which is why the building was given the memorable name DAS AUGE. A total rental area of around 15,800 m² is available. The open access at three-storey height to the atrium courtyard is an architectural highlight with a wow effect – the façades only close from the fourth floor upwards.
We have breathed new life into this Darmstadt office property by creating a new brand design. The interlinked measures include social media, mailings, brochures, outdoor advertising, mobile advertising, sponsorship of the Bundesliga football club SV Darmstadt 1898, promotional campaigns and much more.
